Die cut the largest tag from your base card and cut another from your decorative paper and cover the base card. Using your distress inks ink around the edge of your tag.

Using the Distress inks, brush colour onto your shells and starfish.

Add to the bottom of the tag to create a scene. Add sisal, rope, pearls and some of the IndigoBlu nuggets attaching by heating embossing power and sprinkling the nuggets into the melted powder (heat from underneath).

Using the die cut circle, add to the top of the tag and gently brush over with the Blue Lagoon ink. Then stamp with your background stamp – taking it off the edge around the tag and die cut (this allows a seamless image). Also stamp your mermaid.

Using the Calambour bronze crackle paste and Studio Light spot stencil, add randomly to various places on the tag and allow to dry for the cracks to appear.

Re-stamp the mermaid and colour in attaching her to your tag. Also cut a phrase from the paper pad and add to your tag.

To complete your tag, add more embellishments such as sequins, seed beads, gems, ribbon and liquid pearl drops as bubbles.

I made two tags placing all the elements in different places to get two different looks. I do hope you enjoy making something different and adding to your technique file.
