Hello everyone, I hope you are all well?

I hope your Christmas preparations are going well?

Today I’m sharing with you a quick and easy card I made using the ‘star of wonder’ Edgeable die from Crafter’s Companion. When I say quick and easy, I mean it, it took me approximately 20 minutes to make this which is unheard of for me!

I really enjoyed using this set, it is really versatile, there are actually 7 dies in total in this set and the main star is a really good size.

To make this card you will need:

Kraft card

Score board

Distress ink – Tea Dye

Gold embossing powder

Heat tool

Embossing ink pad

Black ink pad

Acrylic stamp block

Cream card

Gold mirror card

Die cutting machine

Celebration sentiments stamp set from Just Right

To begin I made a DL card from Kraft card using my Big Score.

Starting at the top of the card I cut the Edgeable die 3 times down the edge of the card as shown. It fits perfectly on a DL card.

Before removing the die from the card, I inked through it with the distress ink.

To complete the front of the card I stamped 2 of the sentiments from the celebrations stamp set from just right using black ink.

For the inside of the card I stamped and embossed a frame and sentiment from the Just Right collection using gold embossing powder onto cream card.

The card was trimmed to size and the small star clusters that come with the set were cut into each corner. This was then mounted onto gold mirror card – I used Crafter’s Companion mirror card.

To finish I die cut 2 of the individual stars into the inner corners as shown.

There you have it, a quick and easy card.

Until next time thanks for popping by.
