Hi everyone, This is the final part of the journal series and your last opportunity to be in with a chance of getting your hands on the smaller but similar version of the finished one. All you have to do is add your comment and share the blog page below. I have used Graphic 45 to decorate the main journal and as a treat for the lucky person I have used them on the inside and front of the giveaway too. It’s robust enough for you to redecorate if it’s not to your taste.
If you are going to cover your finished journal with Decorative papers, it gives a more professional look to use tape around the edges, paying attention to the corners.
Step 1: Cut the tape to length and centre it on your edge.
 Step 1
Step 2: Cut the ends as shown in the photo.
Step 2
Step 3: Secure in place, giving you the perfect corner.
 Step 3
Step 4: Continue around the journal until all edges are covered.
 Step 4
The papers are just the basic decoration, then it’s all ready for you to add whatever you like, embellish and have fun with. These are some photos of the finished journal. I don’t like to waste any scrap of Graphic 45, so you will see that I have used even the smallest pieces of paper, including borders as added decoration.
